Job Roles and Responsibilities:

* Study the companys business processes, and manage the operations.

* Communicate by email, phone, and SMS with abroad tenants, vendors, abroad employees, and contractors to resolve queries and issues, assign tasks, and follow up on them

* Provide outstanding services to tenants and vendors with expedited responses to email communications

* Provide excellent HR support for employees and earn their trust to receive employee referrals

* Take initiative in identifying and assuming tasks, and use a task management tool to organize the duties of all team members efficient
