Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant – Legal to support our legal and management team.



The ideal candidate will assist in handling legal documentation, compliance, coordination with external stakeholders, and administrative responsibilities related to real estate and corporate legal matters.

Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and maintain legal documents, agreements, notices, and correspondence.
- Coordinate with external advocates, consultants, government authorities, and internal teams.
- Handle documentation related to land acquisition, construction, RERA, registrations, and statutory compliance.
- Track legal timelines, court matters, filings, renewals, and compliance deadlines.
- Maintain organized legal records, files, and MIS reports.
- Prepare legal summaries, reports, meeting notes, and follow-up actions for senior management.
- Attend meetings, record minutes, and ensure timely execution of action items.
- Maintain confidentiality of legal documents and sensitive business information.
