Job Description
Keys Tasks & Responsibilities of current position:
- Aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals while driving talent management, workforce planning, and organizational development.
- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with senior leaders to understand business goals, identify talent risks, and develop HR strategies that enhance performance and engagement.
- Talent and Organizational Development: Support performance management, succession planning, leadership development, internal mobility, and organizational design initiatives.
- Learning & Development :
Support competence development across the organization. Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders to build capabilities across levels.
- Manage conflict resolution, grievance investigations, and policy interpretation, while identifying systemic patterns and coaching managers.
- Workforce Planning and Change Management: Translate business priorities into strategic hiring plans, team structures, capability building, and communication strategies to guide employees through organizational changes.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze HR data metrics, engagement trends, retention, and performance data to inform leadership decisions and improve HR programs.
- Leadership and Coaching: Provide guidance and mentorship to HR teams, ensuring effective delivery of HR services across the organization.
- Reporting team will aslo be responsible for GA, internship, fixed term, external (white collar) employee
