About the Role

Amara Raja Infra Pvt. Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and career-oriented MBA (HR) graduates who are passionate about building a career in Talent Acquisition. This internship offers hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment, stakeholder coordination, employer branding, campus hiring, and recruitment operations across infrastructure and construction projects.

This is an excellent chance to gain practical corporate HR experience while working with an experienced Talent Acquisition team.

Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities for various positions across the organization.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and employee referrals.




- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and MIS reports.
- Update and manage recruitment-related documentation and reports using MS Excel.
- Assist in organizing walk-in drives, campus recruitment, and hiring events.
- Travel for walk-in drives and recruitment campaigns whenever required.
- Coordinate with candidates regarding interview status, documentation, and onboarding.
- Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
- Ensure timely closure of assigned recruitment activities while maintaining a positive candidate experience.

- MBA in Human Resources (Mandatory).
- Freshers
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi & Telugu.
