Position Overview

Trivial Chapter is looking for an experienced International Business Development Manager to expand our employer network across Europe. This is a remote prospect for professionals based in India who have strong business development capabilities and experience working with international clients.

The role focuses on identifying, approaching,



and building relationships with European employers while generating new business opportunities through lead generation, market research, networking, and strategic outreach. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to independently develop business opportunities and establish long-term partnerships.

In addition to employer acquisition, the candidate will also contribute to expanding Trivial Chapter's business network by connecting with Business Development Managers and strategic partners across European countries.
