We are looking for a dynamic and proactive HR Manager to lead and manage the complete Human Resources function for our Kochi office.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented HR Manager to oversee end-to-end Human Resource operations, with a strong focus on talent acquisition, employee engagement, HR operations, compliance, and performance management. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently handling the complete employee lifecycle while fostering a positive and high-performance work culture.

Key Responsibilities1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from manpower planning to onboarding.




- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and prepare job descriptions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, consultancies, and headhunting.
- Screen resumes, conduct HR interviews, coordinate technical interviews, and manage the selection process.
- Negotiate salary offers and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and offer-to-joining ratio.

2. HR Operations
- Handle employee onboarding, orientation, and induction programs.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation with complete accuracy and confidentiality.
- Manage employee confirmations, probation reviews, transfers, promotions, and exits.
- Oversee attendance, leave management, and employee database management through HRMS.
- Coordinate payroll inputs with the finance/payroll team.
