The candidate will be responsible for sourcing profiles through job portals and social media, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate databases, and supporting the recruitment process. Positive communication skills, a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and interest in HR/Recruitment are required. Fresh graduates with a degree in HR, Psychology, or a related field can apply.
