Responsibilities

1. Managing key distributors, retail accounts, and field sales teams while driving business growth across the assigned territory.
2. Achieving primary and secondary sales targets, collection goals, and market share objectives through effective channel management.

Strengthening relationships with distributors and retailers by conducting regular market visits and business reviews.
4. Driving visibility initiatives, promotional activities, and market activation programs in line with brand priorities.
5. Maintaining sales data, outlet information, and financial discipline across distributors and trade channels.

Requirements

1. 3+ years of experience in FMCG, Beverages, Food & Beverage Distribution, or General Trade Sales.
2. Proven expertise in distributor management, retail sales execution, territory handling, and channel development.
3. Strong understanding of sales planning, target achievement, market activation, and visibility management.
4. Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, relationship-building, and team coordination skills.
5. Graduate degree with the ability to manage collections, business analytics, and territory-level reporting effectively.
