Key Responsibilities

Research & Insights
- Conduct market and competitor research — positioning, pricing, programme comparisons across competing universities
- Synthesize counsellor and student feedback into structured insight for programme and pricing decisions
- Prepare data-backed recommendations for leadership on what's working and what isn't

Campaign & Performance Tracking
- Track performance of all marketing campaigns across channels — monitoring, not executing
- Build and maintain dashboards covering CPL, lead-to-application, application-to-enrolment conversion
- Flag underperformance and bottlenecks with data, proactively

Aggregator Management
- Own aggregator relationships (Shiksha, CollegeDekho, Careers360, CollegeDunia) — lead quality audits, spend tracking, ROI
- Negotiate terms and renewals

CRM Oversight
- Monitor LeadSquared health — lead routing, data hygiene, reporting accuracy
- Ensure WhatsApp/SMS segmentation campaigns are running and tracked

Special Projects




- Own ad hoc strategic projects assigned directly by leadership — these will vary and require independent ownership from scoping to delivery

Profile
- 4-6 years experience, ideally in EdTech, B2C/D2C, or consulting with a strong analytical bent
- Comfortable owning research and writing explicit, structured recommendations — not just data dumps
- Hands-on CRM experience (LeadSquared or similar) preferred
- High ownership; this person works directly with a senior leader and must be reliable without heavy oversight
- Strong Excel/data skills; PowerBI or similar a plus

Explicitly Not Looking For
- Brand, creative, or content-first candidates (a separate Marketing Head owns that)
- Pure performance marketing/media-buying candidates (a separate specialist owns that)
- Candidates expecting to manage a team or own a channel independently
