Key Responsibilities

- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and deliver actionable insights.
- Database Management: Manage relational databases, ensuring data structures are optimized for reporting and analysis.

Core Skills
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets: Proficiency in advanced functions including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Power Query, and complex formulas.
- SQL Knowledge: Solid understanding of SQL with experience in writing SELECT, JOIN, WHERE, GROUP BY, and aggregate queries.
- Relational Databases: Solid understanding of relational database concepts, data structures, and normalization.
- Data Cleaning: Experience in data cleaning, deduplication, and validation techniques to ensure high-quality data.
- Large Datasets Management: Ability to manage and analyze large datasets with high accuracy and consistency.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- Experience: 2–4 years in an MIS Analyst role, data analysis, or business intelligence functio
