This role is responsible for managing end-to-end training centre operations, ensuring strict compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards under government skill development programs. The position oversees daily centre functioning, staff performance, documentation accuracy, and program delivery quality to achieve targeted learning and placement outcomes. The incumbent will facilitate stakeholder coordination, maintain MIS and reporting systems, and support audits, assessments, and partnership initiatives. A results-driven approach, strong organizational skills, and process governance capability are essential for success in this role.

Eligibility
- Minimum 1 year experience in DDU-GKY / PMKVY or similar government skill development projects.
- Graduation is mandatory; relevant certifications preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
