Key Responsibilities
- Source and identify suitable commercial retail spaces for F&B; brands across assigned markets.
- Conduct property evaluation, and location feasibility studies.
- Build and maintain relationships with landlords, developers, IPCs, brokers, and property owners.
- Negotiate commercial lease terms, rentals, lock-in periods, fit-out periods, CAM charges, and other key commercial conditions.
- Draft, review, and coordinate Letters of Intent (LOIs), lease agreements, and related commercial documentation.
- Lead end-to-end leasing transactions from property identification to deal closure.
- Coordinate with legal, operations, and client teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Maintain accurate property databases, leasing reports, and market intelligence.
- Achieve leasing targets while ensuring high client satisfaction.

Qualifications




- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of mandatory experience in Commercial Leasing.
- Experience in commercial real estate brokerage firms is highly preferred.
- Solid knowledge of retail leasing, lease negotiations, and commercial documentation.
- Proven experience handling high-street retail, malls, and hospitality leasing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel for site inspections and client meetings.
