About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Data Engineer/Analytics Engineer with hands-on experience in **DBT, Snowflake, and Power BI** to join our growing data engineering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building scalable data pipelines, developing data models, and enabling business intelligence through interactive dashboards and analytics.

Key Responsibilities

* Design, develop, and maintain data transformation pipelines using **DBT**.

* Build and optimize data models in **Snowflake** following best practices.

* Develop interactive dashboards and reports using **Power BI**.

* Write efficient SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.

* Implement data quality checks, testing, and documentation within DBT.

* Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics requirements.

* Optimize Snowflake performance, storage, and compute costs.

* Work closely with Data Engineers, BI Developers, and Product teams to deliver high-quality analytics solutions.





* Troubleshoot production issues and ensure data accuracy and reliability.

* Follow Agile development practices and participate in sprint planning, reviews, and code reviews.

Required Skills

* 3-5 years of experience in Data Engineering or Analytics Engineering.

* Strong hands-on experience with **DBT (Data Build Tool)**.

* Good experience working with **Snowflake Data Warehouse**.

* Expertise in writing complex SQL queries and performance tuning.

* Experience developing dashboards using **Power BI**.

* Positive understanding of dimensional data modeling (Star/Snowflake Schema).

* Experience with ETL/ELT concepts and data transformation.

* Familiarity with Git and CI/CD practices.

* Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Good to Have

* Experience with Python for data processing or automation.

* Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
