technical estimation
and
marketing/sales coordination
activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Estimation & BOQ
- Study architectural, interior, and project drawings
- Prepare detailed BOQs (Bill of Quantities)
- Talk to the clients and explain the cost estimates
- Perform quantity take-offs from AutoCAD drawings
- Prepare project cost estimates and costing sheets
- Coordinate with procurement for material pricing
- Support quotation preparation
- Maintain BOQ and estimation records
- Revise estimates based on client or design changes
- Assist in tender documentation whenever required
