Branch Manager Gems & Jewellery
- Achieve branch sales and profitability targets.
- Manage day-to-day showroom operations.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the branch team.
- Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns.
- Monitor inventory, stock audits, and loss prevention.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and security standards.
- Oversee cash handling, billing, and branch reporting.
- Coordinate with Head Office and support promotional activities.

Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 8–15 years of retail experience, with at least 5 years as a Branch Manager, preferably in the Gems & Jewellery industry.
- Strong leadership, sales, and customer relationship skills.
- Valuable knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and billing systems.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team management abilities.
- Target-oriented with a customer-first approach.
