Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and result-oriented Performance Marketing Executive / Specialist / Manager to join our growing digital marketing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in planning, executing, optimizing, and scaling paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms. The candidate must possess strong analytical skills, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to maximize ROI while managing campaign budgets effectively.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and other digital advertising platforms.
- Generate qualified leads while maintaining target CPL, CPA, and ROAS.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis,



and audience targeting to improve campaign performance.
- Monitor campaign performance daily and implement optimization strategies.
- Create campaign structures for Search, Display, Shopping, Video, Performance Max, and Remarketing campaigns.
- Manage Meta advertising campaigns including Lead Generation, Traffic, Conversion, Engagement, and Awareness campaigns.
- Set up and manage Pixel, Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and conversion tracking.
- Analyze campaign data and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
- Perform A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, ad copies, and audiences.
- Collaborate with the creative, content, and design teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
- Monitor advertising budgets and ensure maximum return on investment.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
