Role Summary

FlipSpaces is looking for an experienced Operations leader to own end-to-end delivery governance across a portfolio of commercial interior fit-out projects running concurrently across multiple sites and regions. This role builds on the core Project Management & Quality Control (PMC) charter — but instead of owning a single project or site, the AGM will supervise a team of Project Managers/PMC leads across concurrent projects, who will report directly into this role.

The AGM will be the central point of accountability for quality, timelines, cost discipline, and stakeholder satisfaction across the entire portfolio, while also developing and managing the PM layer beneath them.
