Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop GenAI and Agentic AI solutions and workflows

• Build and optimize prompts, chains, and agents using LLM frameworks

• Develop data pipelines and perform data analysis to support AI use cases

• Benchmark and evaluate AI models for business applications

• Build autonomous and semi-autonomous AI agents for process automation

• Collaborate with Full-Stack Developers to integrate AI capabilities into applications

• Stay updated with the latest advancements in GenAI and Agentic AI

• Present AI solutions and business impact to client stakeholders

Must-Have Skills
:





• 5–10 years of experience in Data Science, ML Engineering, or AI

• Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (GPT, Claude, and open-source models)

• Proficiency in prompt engineering and LLM frameworks such as LangChain and LlamaIndex

• Experience building Agentic AI workflows, including multi-agent systems and autonomous agents

• Solid Python programming skills

• Understanding of NLP, ML fundamentals, and data analysis

• Excellent communication and client-facing skills

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with Microsoft Azure AI Services and Azure OpenAI

• Knowledge of RAG architectures and vector databases

• Familiarity with MLOps/LLMOps practices and model deployment pipelines

• Exposure to CPG/FMCG or manufacturing domain use cases
