Role Overview:

As a Senior Manager Business Development at Flipkart, based in Bangalore, you will be responsible for

identifying, onboarding, and managing key vendors to expand and enhance our product offerings. You will

work closely with internal teams, including category management, marketing, and supply chain, to ensure

seamless vendor integration and optimal performance. Your efforts will directly contribute to driving

revenue growth, improving customer experience, and strengthening Flipkart's market position.

Role & responsibilities
- Manage vendor relationships by serving as the primary point of contact, addressing concerns,

and fostering long-term partnerships to ensure consistent supply and quality.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize vendor performance by analyzing sales data,

identifying growth opportunities, and implementing promotional campaigns to maximize revenue.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to vendor performance by tracking

sales, inventory levels, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement

corrective actions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including category management, marketing, and supply chain, by

sharing insights, coordinating activities, and ensuring alignment on business objectives to drive
