Description:

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Lead the company's fundraising initiatives through **Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs), Bonds, and other debt instruments**.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with **High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs), retail investors, investor groups, Banks, NBFCs, and other Financial Institutions (FIs)**.
* Drive end-to-end discussions and negotiations with lenders and investors to secure funding.
* Develop and execute investor engagement strategies, including **investor presentations, roadshows, and fundraising events**.
* Identify and cultivate current funding opportunities while expanding the company's investor network.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to structure and execute fundraising transactions efficiently.




* Ensure timely communication with investors and maintain long-term investor relationships.

**Preferred Candidate Profile:**

* Proven experience in **investor-facing roles**, preferably within an **NBFC, Bank, Wealth Management, Investment Banking, Debt Capital Markets, or Financial Services**.
* Strong background in **debt fundraising, NCDs, Bonds, liability sales, or institutional funding**.
* Established network with **HNIs, Banks, NBFCs, Financial Institutions, and investor communities**.
* Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
* Strong understanding of debt products, capital markets, and fundraising processes
