- Define the ServiceNow platform architecture, including module design, data models, workflows, and technical standards.
- Ensure scalable, secure, and performant configurations aligned with best practices.

Integration Architecture
- Architect and design end‑to‑end integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems (e.g., CMDB sources, ITOM tools, HRIS, CRM, ERP, monitoring tools).
- Define integration patterns using REST, SOAP, MID Server, Integration Hub, webhooks, message buses.
- Establish data‑flow models, API guidelines, and integration security standa
rds.

Solution Design & Delivery
- Translate business requirements into high‑level and low‑level technical solution designs.
- Guide technical teams on implementation approaches, coding standards, and platform constraints.
- Conduct architecture reviews, impact assessments,

Governance & Best Practices
- Establish platform governance including CMDB design, data quality, ACL/security model, DevOps, and upgrade frameworks.

Stakeholder & Technical Leadership
- Work with product owners, developers, and business SMEs to ensure solutions meet functional and technical expectations.
- Provide thought leadership on ServiceNow capabilities, new releases, and enterprise integration strategy.
