Responsibilities* *Supervise Operations* : Oversee daily fabrication activities, including cutting, bending, CO_2 welding, and assembly. *Team Leadership* : Guide and manage shop floor workers (including welders, fabrication fitters, and helpers) to meet production targets. *Quality & Safety* : Inspect finished components to ensure compliance with technical drawings and maintain a safe, hazard-free working environment. *Material Tracking* : Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure raw materials are available for production and minimize waste.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

- Metal fabrication: 8 years (Preferred)

- CNC laser cutting: 5 years (Preferred)
