Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Sales Coordinator
to support our global Sales and Business Development team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with
Zoho CRM
and be capable of managing sales operations, maintaining CRM data, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth execution of the sales process from lead generation to customer onboarding.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain customer information, leads, opportunities, and sales activities in
Zoho CRM
.




- Ensure CRM data accuracy, completeness, and timely updates.
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Pre-sales, and Delivery teams to support business opportunities.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, sales presentations, and commercial documents.
- Track sales pipeline and follow up with prospects and customers.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and dashboards.
- Coordinate meetings, customer demonstrations, and follow-up activities.
- Assist in preparing RFP/RFQ responses and sales documentation.
- Maintain customer records, contracts, and sales documentation.
- Support order processing, customer onboarding, and internal coordination.
- Monitor sales targets and help improve sales processes and operational efficiency.

Required Skills
- 2–5 years of experience in Sales Coordination or Sales Operations.
- Strong working knowledge of
Zoho CRM
(mandatory).
- Positive understanding of CRM workflows, lead managem
