Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and define candidate profiles.

- Screen resumes, conduct initial assessments, and evaluate candidate suitability.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain and update candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring records.
- Build and nurture talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Track recruitment metrics and prepare periodic hiring reports.
- Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality hiring standards.
