We are seeking a Systems Analyst Staff to join our Testing Team, supporting the delivery of high quality technology solutions across multiple projects. This role is ideal for a systems analyst with a strong testing foundation who can collaborate effectively with business and technical stakeholders and contribute to project success through structured analysis and quality assurance.

The role involves functional, system, and regression testing across multiple initiatives, often in parallel, and requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of testing principles, along with the ability to quickly learn automation and performance testing tools.

This position offers hands on exposure to automation and performance testing, making it well suited for professionals looking to expand and strengthen their testing skillset while growing their technical capabilities.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Background as a Systems Analyst or in a related application support / testing role
- Understanding of SDLC, business requirements analysis, and testing methodologies




- Experience in system or application testing (manual testing experience required)
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem solving
- Valuable communication skills with the ability to work with both technical and business teams
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver within timelines
- Willingness and motivation to learn automation testing tools and frameworks
- Interest in developing skills in performance and non-functional testing
- Preferred knowledge and experience using JIRA
