Warehouse & Dispatch Jobs:

Supervise and manage warehouse and dispatch staff, including training, performance evaluation, and fostering a positive work workplace., Key responsibilities also involve coordinating with other departments, Material receives from Production to warehouse through MTN system. Daily Open Order check and placement of Vehicle as per order MT.follow FIFO. and Daily Dispatch Follow OTIF and Ageing Material .

Inventory Management:

Monitor and maintain the accuracy of inventory levels, ensuring timely replenishment and performing physical stock takes to reconcile with system records. managing inventory accuracy and control, maintaining stock records, verifying incoming and outgoing goods.

Process Improvement:

Develop and implement policies and procedures to optimize warehouse and dispatch operations for increased efficiency and profitability.

Operations Oversight:





Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations and Dispatch Operations, including receiving production to warehouse, storing as per Standard Location, and Manage the entire dispatch process, from preparing shipping documents and labeling to coordinating with carriers, and ensure timely delivery to customers.

Quality & Quantity Control:

Verify the quality and quantity of incoming and outgoing commodities, checking loads for accuracy and reporting any discrepancies. Vehicle Quality Checklist as per require.

Documentation:

Ensure that all relevant documentation, including stock records, Domestic Vehicle Invoice STO Invoice as well as waybills, and Dispatch planning reports, is accurately processed, filed, and distributed to concerned parties. Logistics Bill process timely.

Customer Service:

Address customer or client issues related to warehousing and dispatch and maintain positive customer relationships.
