About the Internship
The
Design & Analysis Internship
is an industry-oriented training program designed to develop practical engineering skills in CAD modeling, structural analysis, simulation, and product optimization. Participants will gain hands-on experience with engineering design workflows, finite element analysis (FEA), and engineering documentation through real-world projects and expert mentorship.
Key Responsibilities
- Create 2D drawings and 3D CAD models of engineering components and assemblies.
- Perform structural, static, and basic thermal analyses using CAE software.
- Apply Finite Element Analysis (FEA)
principles for engineering design validation.
- Evaluate stress, strain, deformation, and factor of safety.
- Improve product designs based on simulation results.
- Prepare engineering drawings and technical documentation.
- Work on industry-based design and analysis projects.
- Present project outcomes and technical reports.
