Role Summary
We are looking for a driven Sales Manager to lead SME (Small and Medium Enterprise) onboarding for our innovative online influencer marketing platform. Our platform connects brands with influencers for faster campaign execution, offers brands more competitive pricing, and ensures influencers receive guaranteed payments.
Your primary responsibility will be to acquire, onboard, and activate SMEs (brands/businesses) as clients on the platform. You will drive revenue growth by helping SMEs leverage influencer marketing efficiently, building long-term partnerships, and ensuring smooth campaign launches.
This role blends consultative B2B sales, relationship management, and operational onboarding to empower SMEs with powerful influencer tools.
Key Responsibilities
• SME Acquisition & Sales: Prospect, qualify, and close new SME brand clients through outbound outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn, industry events), inbound leads,
and targeted campaigns.Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed onboarding and revenue targets.
• Onboarding & Activation: Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for recent SME clients, including platform setup, influencer discovery tools training, campaign brief creation, budgeting, and first campaign launch support. Ensure high activation rates and quick time-to-first-campaign.
• Relationship Building: Act as a trusted advisor to SME brands, understanding their marketing goals, target audience, and budget constraints. Demonstrate platform value (faster execution, better costing, guaranteed influencer payments), negotiate contracts, and provide ongoing support for campaign optimization and retention.
• Pipeline & Performance Management: Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM. Track key metrics such as leads converted, onboarded brands, campaign value, retention rates, and client satisfac
