We are looking for a motivated and people-oriented Human Resources Executive to join our growing team at websites.co.in. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting jobs, screening applicants, conducting interviews, and selecting candidates who align with our company culture and goals. You will also play a key role in onboarding new team members, ensuring they are integrated smoothly into the organization with clarity on their roles and responsibilities.

Beyond hiring, the role involves engaging with employees regularly to maintain a positive work workplace, conducting check-ins, addressing concerns, and working closely with team leads to support performance and retention.



You will help design basic HR processes like offer roll-outs, intern documentation, and performance feedback systems. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
