Roles and Responsibilities
Customer Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
- Understand customer business objectives and align product capabilities to their needs.
- Conduct regular business reviews and health checks with customers.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement.
Customer Onboarding & Success
- Coordinate customer onboarding and implementation activities.
- Assist customers in configuring the CRM to match their business processes.
- Provide product demonstrations and end-user training.
- Ensure smooth adoption of new features and updates.
- Monitor customer usage and proactively address adoption challenges.
Account Growth & Revenue
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.
- Renew customer subscriptions and negotiate contract renewals.
- Develop account growth strategies to increase customer lifetime value.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Relationship Management.
- Experience in customer onboarding, product adoption, and customer engagement.
- Robust communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Experience in handling customer renewals, retention, and account growth.
- Ability to understand customer business needs and provide suitable product solutions.
- Experience working with CRM or SaaS products is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple customer accounts effectively.
