Qualification:
- Graduation/Post Graduation from a recognized university.
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in mess, hostel, cafeteria, or food service management. Experience in a school, college, hostel, or institutional setup will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the complete day-to-day operations of the school mess, ensuring smooth and effective functioning.
- Plan and finalize nutritious, balanced, and cost-effective weekly/monthly menus in coordination with the school management.
- Supervise, guide, and manage all mess staff, including cooks, helpers, and housekeeping personnel working in the dining area.
- Ensure proper hygiene, cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety standards are maintained in the kitchen, dining hall, and storage areas.
- Manage the procurement of raw materials, groceries, vegetables, dairy products, and other kitchen supplies while maintaining quality and cost efficiency.
- Coordinate with vendors, obtain quotations, negotiate prices, and ensure timely procurement and delivery of supplies.
- Monitor stock levels,



maintain inventory records, and prevent wastage through effective stock management.
- Verify bills, maintain purchase records, and prepare reports related to inventory, expenses, and monthly consumption.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of food items in accordance with safety standards.
- Address food-related concerns and feedback from students and staff, ensuring a high standard of service.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable health, hygiene, and safety regulations.
- Perform any other responsibilities related to mess administration as assigned by the management.
