Role Description
This full-time Tube Filling Operator role is an on-site position based in Bilaspur. The Tube Filling Operator is responsible for operating tube filling and sealing machines, ensuring that products are filled, sealed, and labeled according to specifications and quality standards. Daily tasks include setting up and adjusting machinery, monitoring production lines, loading materials, and performing basic troubleshooting to minimize downtime. The role involves following safety procedures,
maintaining cleanliness of the work area and equipment, and completing production records accurately. The operator will work closely with the production team to meet output targets and support smooth, effective operations.
Qualifications
- Ability to operate and monitor manufacturing or packaging machinery, preferably tube filling and sealing equipment.
- Basic understanding of quality control procedures and attention to detail in handling products and materials.
- Knowledge of workplace safety practices and willingness to follow standard operating procedures and guidelines.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, handle repetitive tasks, and lift moderate weights as required.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills for reading instructions, labels, and completing production documentation.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or packaging environment is an advantage but not always required.
