Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Pega applications using PRPC (Pega Rule Process Chain) architecture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions on time.
- Troubleshoot issues related to Pega application performance, data integrity, and user interface errors.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of existing processes within the team.
Job Requirements :
- 2-7 years of experience in Pega development with a focus on PRPC (Pega Rule Process Chain).
- Solid understanding of CSA (Customer Service Assistant) framework for building customer-facing applications.
- Proficiency in developing complex business rules using Pega BPM (Business Process Management) tools.
