About the Role

Zavya is looking for a detail-oriented E-Commerce Catalog Executive to manage product listings, catalog operations, pricing, promotions, and content optimization across leading online marketplaces. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in marketplace catalog management and be comfortable handling large product catalogs across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities
- Create, upload, and manage product listings across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa Fashion, Tata Cliq, Shopify, and other marketplaces.
- Execute bulk product uploads and catalog updates using marketplace templates.




- Ensure accurate product information, attributes, images, specifications, and categorization.
- Manage MRP, Selling Price (SP), discounts, offers, and promotional campaigns.
- Ensure pricing consistency across all sales channels.
- Support marketplace sale events and promotional campaigns.
- Create and optimize product titles, descriptions, bullet points, keywords, and attributes.
- Perform listing optimization to improve product visibility and conversion rates.
- Update and correct product content across all marketplaces.
- Monitor listing health and resolve catalog errors, suppressions, and content-related issues.
- Coordinate with marketplace support teams for catalog approvals and issue resolution.
- Maintain product master sheets, catalog trackers, and pricing trackers.
- Conduct regular catalog audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance with marketplace guidelines.
