As a Payroll Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate, compliant, and efficient payroll operations across multiple European markets. You will manage payroll processes, review salary data, prepare invoices, and support clients with payroll-related queries while maintaining high service standards. Accountabilities




- Process payroll for multiple European countries, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with local employment regulations.
- Review, validate, and approve salary registers, ensuring payroll calculations align with country-specific requirements and compliance standards.
- Maintain payroll systems and ensure employee and payroll data is accurately recorded and updated.
- Generate and manage client invoices based on payroll information within HR and payroll systems.
- Respond to client and internal stakeholder queries related to payroll calculations, invoices, service fees, and regional payroll processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve payroll workflows, documentation, and operational processes across the region.
- Monitor updates to employment tax regulations, payroll legislation, and compliance requirements to ensure accurate processing.
