We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Solution Architect to lead large-scale Oracle HCM Cloud implementation programs. The ideal candidate will possess solid functional consulting expertise, solution design capabilities, and stakeholder management skills, with mandatory experience in Core HR, Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), and Talent Management.
The Solution Architect will be responsible for defining end-to-end HCM solutions, driving client workshops, mentoring consulting teams, and ensuring successful implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementation projects from solution design through post-go-live support.
- Conduct discovery workshops and gather business requirements from key stakeholders.
- Design scalable Oracle Fusion HCM solutions aligned with client business processes and best practices.
- Provide functional leadership across Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
- Configure and review Oracle Fusion HCM modules, ensuring adherence to Oracle implementation standards.
- Prepare solution design documents, business process flows, functional specifications, and configuration documents.
- Lead CRP/UAT sessions and support production deployments.
- Work closely with technical teams on integrations, HDL, HCM Extracts, BI Reports, Fast Formula, and security configurations.
- Manage client expectations, risks, project governance, and stakeholder communications.
- Mentor and guide functional consultants throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
