Job Title: Junior Logistics Executive

Job Summary

The Junior Logistics Executive is responsible for supporting day-to-day logistics and supply chain operations, ensuring the timely movement of goods, maintaining inventory records, coordinating with vendors and transporters, and assisting in warehouse and dispatch activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the transportation and delivery of goods to ensure timely dispatch and receipt.
- Assist in planning and monitoring daily logistics operations.
- Coordinate with transporters, suppliers, and warehouse teams for smooth material movement.
- Prepare shipping documents, delivery challans, invoices, and logistics reports.
- Track shipments and provide regular updates to internal teams and customers.
- Maintain inventory records and support stock verification activities.
- Monitor incoming and outgoing materials and ensure accurate documentation.
- Resolve basic logistics issues related to delays, shortages, or damaged goods.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations.




- Maintain accurate logistics data in ERP or inventory management systems.
- Support warehouse operations, including receiving, packing, dispatching, and inventory control.
- Collaborate with procurement, production, and sales teams to ensure productive supply chain operations.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and ERP/inventory management software.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2- 3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, inventory management, or supply chain.
