- We are looking for an organized and proactive IT Project Manager to oversee the planning and execution of our software development projects
- You will act as the bridge between our clients and the technical team, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to specifications

Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Create detailed project schedules and timelines
- Team Coordination: Lead daily stand-ups with developers, designers, and QA testers to track progress and remove "blockers
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular status updates and managing expectations
- Resource Management: Assign tasks to team members based on their skills and availability using tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana
- Quality Control: Ensure the final product meets the client's requirements through rigorous UAT (User Acceptance Testing) coordination
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks early and develop contingency plans to keep the project on track





Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 3-6 years of experience in IT Project Management or a similar role in a software services/product company
- Methodologies: Robust understanding of Agile, Scrum, or Kanban frameworks
- Tech-Savvy: Ability to understand technical discussions (Web/Mobile App development) and translate them into business requirements
- Tools: Hands-on experience with project management tools (Jira, ClickUp, or Monday
- com) and documentation tools (Confluence/Notion)
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English
- Certifications (Optional): PMP or CSM certification is a plus but not mandatory for this role

Preferred Attributes
- A background in software development (former developer/QA) is highly preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle high-pressure situations
- Excellent time-management skills
