We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant with 2 years of experience to manage day-to-day accounting tasks and support financial operations. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of accounting principles and be proficient in accounting software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments
- Handle accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare invoices, bills, and vouchers
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor transactions
- Assist in GST filing and other statutory compliances
- Maintain proper documentation of financial records
- Support senior accountants in preparing financial reports
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting
- Knowledge of Tally / accounting software
- Basic understanding of GST and taxation
- Good MS Excel skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
