About the Job

We are seeking an experienced,
hands-on Project Manager
to lead the successful
delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC)
implementation, upgrade, migration, and support projects. This role combines project leadership with functional expertise, requiring active
involvement throughout the project lifecycle
—from pre-sales and discovery through implementation, go-live, and post-production support.

As a trusted advisor to our clients, you will collaborate closely with
business stakeholders
,
solution architects, functional consultants, technical teams
, and
third-party partners
to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives. You will not only manage project execution but also
contribute to solution design
, business process optimization,
risk management
, and customer success.

You're
a key resource
who works with
technical lead,



client side project managers, project team and functional consultants in finance, commerce, and manufacturing
.

You will Need…
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration
,
Finance, Supply Chain,
or related discipline.
- 10-12+ years
of experience in any ERP implementation including
Microsoft D365 BC or NAV or F&SCM;
.
- Robust
understanding of business processes
in Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Sales, and Inventory.
- Experience in
project coordination
, requirement analysis, and project execution/management.
- Proficiency in
Microsoft Office tools
(Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant
certification (preferred)
.
- Excellent
communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
.
