Role & responsibilities

1. Provide timely first-level support for global applications and websites.

2. Ensure 247 operational coverage through shift-based support including night shifts as well.

3. Reduce incident response and resolution times.

4. Monitor production systems proactively and minimize service disruptions.

5. Handle user requests, ticket triaging, and routine operational activities efficiently.

6. Improve SLA compliance and customer satisfaction.

7. Reduce dependency on senior technical resources for routine support activities.

8. Support recent project rollouts and increasing business volume across missions.
