Role Description
The Head of Sales and Business Development is a full-time, on-site role based in Trivandrum, Kerala, India. This role is responsible for leading sales strategy, managing the end-to-end business development process, and driving revenue growth across multiple regions.



Day-to-day tasks include identifying new market opportunities, building and maintaining key client relationships, and monitoring sales performance. The role also involves collaborating with legal and operations teams to align service offerings with client needs, mentoring and developing the sales team, and preparing regular sales forecasts and reports for senior leadership. The Head of Sales and Business Development will represent the firm at industry events and networking forums to strengthen brand presence and generate qualified leads.
