About the Role

As a Founder's Office Associate, you'll work directly with the Founder on high-impact projects across strategy, product, growth, operations, partnerships, and business development. No two days will be the same—you'll help solve problems, execute ideas, and build systems that scale.

This role is perfect for someone who wants to experience startup life firsthand and grow into future leadership roles.

Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Founder on strategic and operational priorities.
- Research markets, competitors, and industry trends.
- Coordinate cross-functional projects across Product, Tech, Marketing, and Sales.




- Build presentations, reports, SOPs, and business documentation.
- Support brand partnerships, creator onboarding, and business development.
- Track KPIs and prepare weekly business updates.
- Improve internal processes and drive operational efficiency.
- Test new product features and gather user feedback.

Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience (Freshers with strong ownership are encouraged to apply).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Highly organized with attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Passion for startups, technology, marketing, or the creator economy.
