Ideal Candidate Profile:
Accylerate is seeking a highly motivated and experienced US Technical Recruiter to join our growing talent acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for US-based IT positions, with a strong focus on W-2 contract hiring. You will work directly with hiring managers, account managers, and direct clients to understand hiring needs and deliver qualified candidates in a timely manner. The ideal recruiter should have hands-on experience working on a variety of IT requirements across technologies and industries, including Edtech, Federal, State, and Commercial projects. A solid understanding of US employment models, tax terms (W-2, C2C, and 1099), and employee benefits such as medical, dental, vision, PTO, and retirement plans is essential. The role requires exceptional verbal and written communication skills, strong sourcing capabilities, and the ability to build trusted relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and clients in a fast-paced US staffing environment.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

screen, and recruit candidates for US-based IT contract positions.

Handle end-to-end W-2 recruitment lifecycle.

Recruit for Federal, State, and Commercial clients.

Work on roles including Software Development, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Data, Infrastructure, ERP, and other IT domains.

Conduct candidate qualification calls and technical pre-screening.

Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications.

Maintain ATS and recruitment documentation.

Build robust pipelines through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.

Required Experience

2-3+ years of US IT Recruitment experience.

Strong experience with W-2 contract hiring with direct clients.

Experience recruiting for: Federal Government clients State Government clients and Commercial/Enterprise IT positions

Hands-on experience with tax terms such as W-2, C2C, and 1099.

Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Re
