Role Description
The Growth Marketing Manager role at Nexlance is a full-time, in office position based in Bengaluru South. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing data-driven marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, activation, and retention across channels.



The Growth Marketing Manager will analyze performance metrics, run experiments, manage funnels, and collaborate with sales, product, and operations teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives. Daily activities include managing marketing automation workflows, improving web analytics tracking, reporting on campaign performance, and iterating on strategies based on insights. The role also involves identifying new growth opportunities, managing projects and timelines, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across touchpoints.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in Growth Marketing, including experimentation, funnel optimization, and performance-based campaign management.
- Strong skills in Marketing Analytics and Web Analytics to track, interpret, and act on data from multiple channels and platforms.
