About the Role:
We are seeking a Staff Software Engineer to serve as the senior-most individual contributor on one of our core engineering teams in Bengaluru. You will own the technical direction of major platform components end-to-end — from architecture through production operation — while staying hands-on in the code. This is an IC-track leadership role: you set the technical bar for the team, mentor engineers through design and review, and act as the technical counterpart to the team's Engineering Manager.



You will be a key driver in our adoption of microservices-based and agentic-AI architectures, working closely with our US-based product and engineering teams. Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India (hybrid)

Responsibilities:
- Technical Direction:
Own the architecture, design, and end-to-end delivery of major services on our platform. Turn ambiguous product problems into sound technical strategies, and break complex initiatives into well-scoped, executable milestones.
- Hands-on Development:
Spend the majority of your time designing and writing production code. Set the standard for code quality, testing, and operational excellence through your own work and through rigorous, constructive design and code reviews.
