Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
- Reach out to companies and HR professionals to explore placement opportunities for students.
- Build and maintain relationships with recruiters and corporate partners.
- Coordinate placement drives, interviews, and recruitment events.
- Communicate with students regarding job openings, interviews, and placement updates.
- Maintain placement records, company databases, and hiring reports.
- Identify and connect with recent organizations for internship and full-time hiring opportunities.
- Follow up with employers and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Support the Placement Team in achieving placement and industry engagement goals.
