Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of franchise pre-schools.
- Drive admissions and achieve enrollment targets.
- Train teachers and school staff on academic and operational standards.
- Implement and monitor SOPs across all schools.
- Conduct school visits, audits, and quality checks.
- Support franchise partners in improving operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with academic, marketing, and support teams.
- Build solid relationships with principals, parents, and franchise owners.
Requirements:
- 3–8 years of experience in pre-school operations.
- Experience handling franchise pre-schools is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of admissions, teacher training, and school operations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel for school visits.
