- Qualification :
- Master s degree in Commerce / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter / CMA Inter.
- 5 8 years of experience in Accounts & Finance, preferably in an export / manufacturing company.
- People from iron & steel background/manufacturing plants will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and statutory compliance.
- Hands-on experience with Tally ERP, MS Excel, and financial reporting tools.
- Familiarity with export financing, LC handling, and foreign exchange transactions.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

The Assistant Manager Accounts & Finance will play a key role in overseeing day-to-day financial operations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting export-related financial transactions. The role demands accuracy, integrity, and strong knowledge of accounting principles with exposure to export documentation and international trade finance.





Description / Responsibilities (IN DETAIL)
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, bank reconciliation, and general ledger.
- Prepare and review financial statements, MIS reports, and cost analysis reports.
- Monitor cash flows, working capital, and fund management.
- Handle export documentation (LCs, Bills of Exchange, BRCs, Bank Negotiation, etc.).
- Coordinate with banks for pre-shipment and post-shipment finance, foreign exchange transactions, and credit facilities.
- Ensure compliance with FEMA, RBI, and other export-related financial regulations timely filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
- Assist in statutory audits, internal audits, and tax assessments and prepare annual budgets and forecasts.
- Liaise with auditors, consultants, and government authorities.
- Track variances and recommend corrective measures for cost efficiency.
