The Role

Build and qualify pipeline for both KTPL business units. You will own the top of the sales funnel - from outbound prospecting and qualification to demo scheduling.

What You'll Do
- Prospect and qualify opportunities across both solution portfolios.




- Schedule qualified discovery meetings and hand over opportunities to the appropriate Account Executive.
- Execute outbound campaigns through email, phone calls, LinkedIn, and other prospecting channels.
- Research target accounts and provide account intelligence to Account Executives.
- Achieve targets for qualified meetings, Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs), and pipeline generation rather than closed revenue.

What We're Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience in Inside Sales, Sales Development, Lead Generation, or Business Development.
- Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills and strong sales aptitude are encouraged to apply.
- Persistent, organized, and comfortable with high-volume outbound prospecting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to Have
- Exposure to B2B, technical, engineering, or enterprise software sales.
- Interest in manufacturing, engineering, construction, architecture, or digital transformation technologies.
